There are plenty of Russian courses online, but the most effective are audio courses. That’s because you need to listen to spoken Russian, otherwise you’re never going to be able to have convsersations in Russian. I wanted to write this Russian Accelerator review, because it’s the most expensive Russian audio course out there. And plenty of people want to know if it’s worth the money to sign up.
Here are the pros of Russian Accelerator:
- Audio lessons: every course that has audio lessons and uses native speakers, will give you valuable listening practice.
- Good structure: the course starts for complete beginners, but quickly picks up. Each lesson builds on another, and it uses the A1-B2 framework.
- Conversation based: you won’t be learning words seprately. Everytime you learn new words and grammar it’s through a context.
Some negatives are that it’s a pricey course. It goes for 397 dollars, which can be a lot to put down in one go. Luckily you can sign up for the $1 trial, to check out the course and see if it works. The trial lasts 21 days, so you have plenty of time to check it out.
Russian Accelerator review
All in all it’s a solid audio program to learn Russian. Don’t be put off by the price tag, but instead take the trial to see if the course resonates with you. The worst thing that can happen is you spend $1 and improve your Russian.
